2018 is in the books, and we look forward to continuing our fabulous momentum into 2019!
This past year has been tremendously successful for our group, and we owe it all to you, our wonderful members and sponsors! From the Happy Hours we had at the 2018 NMHC Conference in Orlando and the 2018 MBA CREF Conference in San
Diego, to the Spring Luncheons we held in D.C., Atlanta and Charlotte, and finally the Fall Signature Events in D.C. and Atlanta.
We raised over $72,000 this past year, and added 50 members. We also donated approximately $10,000 to our philanthropic partners and gave away four scholarships of $5,000 each.
We on the Board appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you at our next events!

Calling all potential subcommittee members! Are you interested in working with the board members to help with planning events, recruiting members, screening scholarship applicants, or just making sure our group runs as efficiently as possible? Then we suggest you join one of our several subcommittees.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what your interests are.
We look forward to continuing our partnerships with Bridges to Independence, Serenity’s Steps, PACE and Charlotte Family Housing. RENEW partners with charities that look to eradicate homelessness or that support girls and women in learning life skills and preparing them for entry into the workforce. If you know of other charities that may be a potential partner, please let us know.
Information for the next round of scholarships will be sent out in the next few weeks with deadlines for new applicants. We welcome applicants who are pursuing coursework in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. Awards will be based upon academic merit, demonstrated interest in Real Estate or Finance, extracurricular and community involvement.
